That was the last time I stay home sick....

It just hasn't stopped with me. But does it ever? In my profile towards the end you will see what I wrote and it is very true "to be with me is always a laugh". Maybe it's just me and I just laugh alot or at EVERYTHING. So last night as if it wasn't enough with me and what happened right?. Now I am going to bed around 1:45 or so (late for me, but I slept in the middle of the day) and my bedroom is infront of the house and I have the big turn out windows and when they are open, you hear it all! Jalina's room is in the back of the house. Now, if I hadn't slept during the day I would have slept right through this. So I am sleeping with Jalina (isn't marriage wonderful?) I can't remember the last time I slept with him. Anyway, I hear loud talking and laughing like it was in my house, so i get up and look out my bedroom window and what do I see????? I girl getting naked and changing her clothes from outside of her car!!!! yup, might I add that I live in a nice part of Salem and I bought this house for a reason...It is far away from the projects. "I was like no way " so what do I do? I pull up a chair and watch!!! hell ya.. i knew this was going to be fun. Salem State Police are always driving up and down my street cause of the school so I knew they would be catching this drunk one! So as if that wasn't fun enough to watch this dumb drunk broad change her clothes in the middle of the street, now her dog run's from behind the house and run's into the street. She is whispering the dog's name and the dog is running in circles, probably thinking this is fun "come catch me B****. My husband is like "jenny, what are you doing with the chair at the window?". I told him that since we didn't go out tonight (or in months) that I am watching the 3 a.m. show!!!!. So now this girls friends come from behind this house that is suppose to be having a party and there are drunk people walking down the driveway asking her what's wrong. Now we have a nudist, and 3 men (drunk) trying to catch this dog who is having a field day not listening to them. OF course, I was covering my mouth dying laughing. No sooner did they all go in, who pulls up??? State Cops!!! Yup, that party ended. Glad I didn't pay for those tickets for the show, lol lol

Didn't I say it's just me? You will not believe this..

Ok! I had to jump on the computer just now (7:21 p.m.) and tell you all this. Hope you are sitting for this one. Yup! this one is a good one.. I still can't believe this. Well, I have been sick for like 3 days, I am not a big baby that is why I haven't really talked about it. I haven't been out all day. I was suppose to go to NH and just decided to rest. Well yup! rest...huh! Are you kidding me? I start off by bleaching the whole house and just cleaned most of the day. Now at around 7 p.m. I decided to color my hair. I am very anal and make sure that I don't get any dye anywhere. Well not tonight. Black dye marks on my bathroom door. I was like (no friggin way). Of course it doesn't come out right? So now I am laughing at myself cause I am just staring at the door. My husband comes to the bathroom and sees me sitting on the floor just staring at the door. He was like "what the hell happened?" and then of course kept walking. Big Help! So what do you think I did? If you know me, then you know exactly what I did. I went into the closet to get the can of paint to paint the door. I know that I am not Mr. Fix it but I am not dumb (wait til you hear this). I will take that back.
I have the jar of paint in my hand and I am reading it. Then I decide to shake it...yup! shake it. Am I plugged in? Why would I shake the can? Don't ask. I then proceed to open the can with a butter knife around the edges...Can anyone tell me what happened next?????? The cover of the can explodes and there is white paint all over my counter and floor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Close your mouth cause it gets better. Now I am like "no way". The Big Helper is still upstairs clueless (what else is knew). I feel like I live alone. Now instead of cleaning the paint, I start to stir it with a stick. The stick breaks and now I have to put my hand in the can to get it out. Ask me if I was thinking????? I am still laughing... The paint is all cleaned up of course and I couldn't resist telling you all this..I hope you had a good laugh. I did. Would you still believe me if I told you that my husband still has no clue what just happened to me?????? Why do u think I blog so much?

I must be crazy......

Jalina is a big fan of soup. It don't matter what kind or obvioulsy what kind of weather. She always asks for either soup or pasta..What did I do to this kid? Well, since I have been cutting down ALOT, I haven't made a homemade gravy (sauce) in weeks. It keeps me away from pasta, chicken parm, homemade pizza, homemade calzone, eggplant parm, homemade meatballs...o! I am sure you can just image what I can do with just a pot of homemade gravy. I'm Italian what else would you expect? So, right now as I type, I am making homemade soup (Escarole) soup for Jalina. She is takig a nap right now, so she has no idea what I am doing. Watch when she wakes up! She will be like "mama" you are making soup...YUMMMMMMMMMMMY. Nothing like a smile on your kids face since I deal with grouches most of the day. O! I think I hear Jalina coming down the stairs. BRB----------------------------------Ok! I'm back. I just told her and she went "cha ching"...Thanks mama. O I am so happy when she is happy. So, my soup is cooking and the dog is going nuts cause I gave her some of the chicken that I cut up before I put it into the soup. she keeps licking my toes thinking that it works and that more chicken will just appear...!! Well off to Market Basket after dinner since Big Daddy ate all my turkey for lunch for the week and to top it off, I just bought it yesterday and He ate most of my bread for work. Do I need to put my name on things now!!!! (wink)

I just like different things.....

So here is the deal.... Not everyone likes the same things right? Well I guess that is what makes us all different. Sometimes I just get the taste some things and want it. Like today I was craving lime, so I just squeezed one and drank it.. Or there are those days that I like peanut butter with sliced bananas on wheat bread. MMMM.... But my fav right now is reduced fat graham cracker crust all crumbled into fat free cool whip....Yippee!! That makes me happy. I also squeezed a little lime on that too.. O Ya. Back before I started riding the bike I would eat chip and mustard sandwiches.. Those are yummy but not good for you at all. Is it just me or is there something that you like that makes people's head turn???

Nena~Ghetto Superstar!!!

I can't even deal...do you think I couldn't stop laughing???? She is too cute. I had to keep snapping cause I couldn't stop laughing. She just sits there and lets me do this...

MMMMMMMMMMM.....It makes my whole day to smell Downy when I walk into my house (besides my daughter of course). I came up with this new thing. I know if you are reading this, you will think I am nuts, but for who REALLY know me know that I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEE to do laundry (especially fold)... I am the laundry queen. I will make laundry just to do it... I know, I know, but hey! some people gamble, some drink, some do drugs, some even smoke (nasty) yuk! So my high is fabric softener. I am a sucker for fabric softener and dryer sheets. Would you believe me if I told you that if someone bought me my fav. bottle of Downy I would smile like just hit the Lottery. So anyway, this is what I do now. Ready for this? My whole house is wall to wall carpet except the kitchen and bathroom. Eventually I want hardwood. So I got a spray bottle and put half hot water and half Downy and I spray it on the rugs 2 times a day just so I can smell it. When I just came home, I could still smell it from this morning. What else do you think I do at 5:30 A.M.???? Just get ready for work????? Nope, I walk around with Downy, lol lol lol...Now that you know my trick.....maybe you try it. Besides a man with nice cologne, nothing like his cloths smelling Downy fresh. Sometimes I put dryer sheets under the seat in my car, lol lol or in my pocketbook... I know I know..

Did you know?

That Paula Dean from Food Network has her own candle line? Yesterday I was in Walmart ( I love that store) and i noticed that she had her own candles. Also, do you know what else they had? You know those Jelly Belly jelly beans?? Yes, they have a candle line too. The one I wanted was the last one and cracked (it smelled like black liquorish)....mmmm..I don't like to eat black liquorish but the candle smelled so good. I wanted that candle too. :(

Some people are just gross..

Today at work I using the ladies room and someone just got out the stall and walked right out. She didn't wash her hands!! Are you kidding me? Even if i don't go to the bathroom and I go in there to fix my cloths or my hair I still wash my hands. I am just sick.. I see this person everyday and now I know this. It is just nasty. Come on? You don't wash your hands? Well that just goes to show that there are people out there that don't. I know that I have OCD but washing your hands is just common sense. People need to use better hygiene. Especially men. I heard that men are the worst. Men, if you are out there and you don't wash your hands or even sanitize at the right times, then you are nasty. Good, now I feel better that I told someone about this.

Rise n Shine....

I am a morning person, what can I say.. Sometimes I even call my friend Kristin and she says beau "what's wrong?". There is nothing wrong, I am just up early and I think the whole world is too, lol lol.. I am not a night person at all. I got to bed at 8:30.. maybe 9:00 if I am being a tough girl. My eyes won't stay open. I am so hyper all day that I pass out once I sit down.

I don't mind going to work, but I do mind not seeing my daughter for almost 9 hours. That is the only thing that breaks my heart. I think about her all day. But I don't complain about work. Work is what brings home the bread and I luv bread (money). People that complain about work or working in general are not in my book. I can't associate with people that complain about working hard for the bread. It is what gives me what I want. I like things and I want to have some things and I know that I have to work for it. I don't ask anyone for anything. Plus, it shows Jalina responsabilitiy and shows her that you have to work for what you want. So, now I am off to work. Let's see what happens to me today... I've been working it out...or as my friend would say "ride like the wind". I found a new hobby. I luv to ride the bike. But what girl do you know rides the bike all made up with cute flip flops on??? yup! that's me and I don't care what anyone says...I am such a girly girl.. and I am riding in my own home so it's ok...right? do you think I own a pair of sneakers? Anyway, so today at lunch I went to the mall to buy a new bra for the boobsky's (that what I call them). Since I am down 16.50 pounds....it was time for a new bra. Now, I usually don't go to lunch alone, but the girl I work with is on vacation. So I go Victoria Secret and look around for a girl to help me...I see one and I tell her (without even thinking) "I need a new bra for the boobsky's). She was like ummmm ok. She had nooooooo sense of humor. In my head, I am saying (Jenny are you kidding me that you just said boobsky's to the girl, laughing my ass off). I wanted to laugh so bad out loud but she was clueless. Even tho she was pretty, the minute she opened her mouth she was a joke. See! looks don't mean everything. So, then she asks me what I am looking for and I tell her that I like the ones that give me the (ya know) and so she brings me over to this cute one and I go try it on. I am in the dressing room and I am laughing still about what I said to her. All of a sudden the door opens and you know that thing you do when you are naked and want to cover yourself??? Well I cover down there and not up top. Don't ask why!!!!!Ya well that is what I did even tho I had pants on. The woman was from France and spoke no English... She just said some VOOLIE VOOLIE to me and I was like "it's OK!" please, no worries, it is ok...So now this woman just saw my boobsky's and I have to leave the dressing room. Why do I have to be alone for these things. Now the girl comes up to me and say "so, do u like that one?" and I said yes, it is perfect. Then the idiot of a girl says yes that one is good for larger chest.. Does she think that a 38C is BIG...Hell no..Well maybe that is because she looked like a piece of cardboard. Anyway, it was a fun lunch all alone.. Hope you had a laugh. I am still laughing about the boobsky's....

Today...

So I just come home from shopping with Jalina and I am trying to post on the BLOG and she asks me to make her a sandwich.. I open the fridge and it stinks like roast beef. Not only do I not like alot of meat, but I HATE the smell of meats. Nena is a picky eater and all she likes is roast beef. I make it a point to get her some at the deli but I hate having the smell of it in the fridge. I have 3 baking sodas open so it will take some of the smell away. If you were here you would say Jenny u are nuts it doesn't smell, but you know me..I am a neat freak and I don't like smells so I am looking to get Nena on another type of food. I don't know what else to give her. She is soooooooo picky but loves meats. She doesn't eat her dog food. She is a princess. I tried so much. I even spoke to the woman in Puerto Rico who took care of her for 4 months and she said that she ate dog food. Well, not here she doesn't. I use to like roast beef sandwich's until I had to cut it up and put it in a dog bowl.... :) I luv you Nena so I will do it for you, but I wish you could talk and tell me what else you like. What dog do you know eats Corando Roast Beef? It makes me laugh. The people at the deli must think I am nuts.

Nena is loving her new home....

As you can see, Nena is loving her new home. I came downstairs at around 3:30 a.m. for some water and I find Nena on the couch sleeping. I said"Nena, are you suppose to be on the couch?" and that is when the ear went up. So friggin cute.. We don't want her to make a habbit of it, but I couldn't resist letting her stay on the couch. SHHHHHHH it's our secret. I guess that is a benefit of leather, just wipe it down. I do have a 5 year old, remember? I just love these 2 pics of Nena. I am just glad she feels at home. It took her a couple of weeks.

~BIG WHEELS~

Remember your big wheels??? I do. It was black, red and yellow (so feminine). I felt like a boy on it, but I loved it to death. Jalina is not that fond of her BIG Wheel. She actually doesn't like the whole bike thing neither. After only falling once, she will not get back on her BIG GIRL Barbie bike that cost me a fortune mind you, so I tried the BIG Wheels. She just doesn't like to take risk. Isn't that what kids are suppose to do? She is just cautious. I don't know whether to be happy about that or not. I did get a few picks of her smiling even tho it took me forever to warm her up to this BIG WHEEL.. What am I going to do when I want to try skates??? O NO!

I love this pic, Jalina just came home after being in the hospital for 3 months. She was about 5 lbs in this pic. To you, she might look like a normal size but that hat is from ACMOORE Craft Store and is suppose to be used for those tiny bears that you can dress up. She was so tiny. I just placed it on her tiny head. You may ask "why didn't you push the hat down more?". Well Jalina was very sensitive and fragile. She had some machines hooked up to her for a long time and had IV's in her head. She was so fragile, that I didn't want to hurt her. So I just placed it on her head gently and took this pic. So cute! I miss her this size.

So You Wanna Know About My Night??????

Ok! Well you have it.....
Last night Kristin came over to spend some beauty time (that's what we call it) and meet Nena. Come on be more dressed up to meet Nena j/k ...with the flower in her hair. I can't even deal. But then again, if you know us then you know how we are and this wouldn't phase you. I also needed her to help me with a project for the "Make A Wish Foundation" that I am doing today from 10-1 at the Bank to raise money for the kids..Anyway...it was quite and we were just coloring the project and then out of nowhere she starts singing "Como la flor"....this is a Selena song from years ago in the movie. Then it goes into a loooooooong verse and louder. It is just me and her and the house is sooo quite. The dog's ears were up and I said "I am sorry Nena" and not sure what she is doing. So Kristin a/k/a Selena starts the song again and again and again just to get the verses just right. If you were here with us you would have been crying too. She was laughing so hard that she started crying and that didn't stop her..Then she starts again "'Como la floooooooor". I mean...Are you kidding me? I am trying to work on the project and she is asking me to record her singing. I was laughing my a** off saying to her...Are you serious. Just when I thought it was over, she works her way into the living room with a chart that she made up with the words from the song and tells me (like we are in school) repeat after me "Como la floooooor"... So I did it and at this point Jalina had just came home. Jalina was laughing soooo hard and loving every second of it. I sang the song with her a few times and even taken a video on my cell phone. I wish you all reading this could have been there. It is always something with us. It was beauts night as always and I loved every second of it...Til next time....
